Cross-Training

Welcome to your perfect daily workout. This class offers a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of anaerobic exercise, weight lifting, and stretch breaks. Get ready to sweat!

Strength Training

Made for our advanced lifters, this class will challenge and develop strength, power lifting, Olympic training techniques, and much more. Must have high passion and give effort.

Athletic Specialized

Designed specifically around performance enhancment, this class entails power deveopment, strength building, acceleration and speed.

This class is specifically designed for ONLY High School and College athletes

This class is designed for youth athletes to develop their foundations of strength, running technique, and endurance while educating about power production and techniques to reduce common injuries.

Yoga & Meditation

We are excited to offer members and visitors our newest fitness program! Yoga has an immense ability to stretch and lengthen the muscles we use every day in and out of the gym. Led by Ashley Kosrow (Jon’s sister), a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training graduate, this class provides proven techniques for beginners to advanced yogis. See you next class!
